TABLPAY takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data collected

Restaurant customers:

  • Email address or phone number (if newsletter signup)
  • Payment data (processed by Stripe, never stored by TABLPAY)
  • Reviews and comments
  • Loyalty points

Partner restaurants:

  • Restaurant name, address, logo
  • Email and password (dashboard account)
  • Menu and pricing
  • Order and transaction data

3. Use of data

We use your data only for:

  • Processing orders and payments
  • Sending offers and promotions (newsletter, with consent)
  • Managing the loyalty program
  • Improving our services (anonymized statistics)
  • Providing the management dashboard to restaurants

4. Secure payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1. TABLPAY never stores your credit card data. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.

5. Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share your data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — data hosting (servers in Europe)
  • Vercel — website hosting

6. Your rights

In accordance with FADP and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
  • Withdraw your consent

7. Cookies

TABLPAY only uses cookies essential for the service to function (user session, cart). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
